I shoot lifestyle and brand campaigns on 35mm film in hard, honest Melbourne sun. I'm four years into freelancing, based in Fitzroy, and I carry three Canon bodies loaded with Portra 400 and Ektar 100 so every job is a real roll, not a filter. Recent work includes a Hearthly stays campaign on the Mornington Peninsula, Keystone morning-routine portraits and a Tsubame pop-up lookbook in Collingwood. I like a window, a crumpled cotton shirt and a subject who forgets I'm there. Scans and a light-touch edit come back in about a week.
