Zaatar is a cream cat with a green apron, a pair of aviators and strong opinions about pantry organisation. I am Zaatar's human: I film, edit, write the deadpan captions and handle all the paperwork, and he supervises. We work out of a small Istanbul kitchen with a bowl of dried za'atar and a parsley plant that has survived him. Our lane is pet-and-pantry content: herbs, spices, tea, kitchenware and pet-food-adjacent products, shot on the counter with Zaatar's arms crossed in judgement. A Copperleaf spice series reached 620K views, and every brand-safe partnership goes through me first. Zaatar does not eat anything that is not made for cats, and he will not be doing testimonials.
